South Asian Minorities Collective (SAM-Collective) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to advocating for the rights of religious minorities and Indigenous communities across South Asia and beyond. As part of our mission, we offer a structured membership program to engage individuals and organizations who share our vision of justice, inclusion, and human rights.

Membership Categories & Benefits
1. General Member
🔹 Annual Fee: $108 (or $10/month)
🔹 Benefits:

✅ Permission to use the SAM-Collective logo on business cards.
✅ Invitations to webinars, networking events, and advocacy campaigns.
✅ Opportunity to contribute to research and awareness programs.

2. Life Member
🔹 One-Time Fee: $508
🔹 Benefits:
✅ Lifetime membership with full access to organizational updates and initiatives.
✅ Permission to use the SAM-Collective logo on business cards.
✅ Representation rights at SAM-Collective’s meetings and events.
✅ Authorization to organize advocacy and awareness programs in their region under SAM-Collective’s name.
✅ Recognition on SAM-Collective’s website as a Lifetime Member.

3. Donor Member
🔹 Minimum Contribution: $50,000+
🔹 Benefits:
✅ All the privileges of Life Membership.
✅ Recognition as a Donor Member with a dedicated section on our website featuring their name and photo.
✅ Representation rights to advocate for SAM-Collective in external meetings and partnerships.
✅ Special invitations to high-level events, strategy meetings, and exclusive advocacy programs.

4. Institutional & Corporate Membership (By Invitation Only)

As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, SAM-Collective follows all U.S. charitable organization regulations to ensure transparency and accountability:

🔹 Members are expected to align with SAM-Collective’s mission, values, and code of ethics.
🔹 Unauthorized or misleading use of the SAM-Collective logo, name, or representation is strictly prohibited.
🔹 Membership does not grant decision-making authority over SAM-Collective’s policies, finances, or leadership
